'4 luv' synthesises the enormously popular SMS (Short Message Service) available on mobile phones, and the long held practice of carving love messages onto trees (e.g. Siobhán luvs Fiddian).

Physically '4 luv' will be manifested as encased SMS pagers mounted on trees on the Park's Promontory and at selected sites throughout the National Park. These pagers will receive text messages of up to 160 characters written by the public from mobile phones or from this web site.
